• Directed student activities on campus
• Responsible for housing students, faculty, and administration on Mackinac Island
• Major Gift's Director - Midwest exceeding goals for each year
• Resource consultant for Parenting by Grace Workbook and Leaders Guide
• Resource consultant for Covenant Marriage Workbook and Leaders Guide
• Organized and led missionary work for trips to Haiti
• Helped to build many Habitat for Humanity homes around the country and abroad
• Helped to rebuild homes with Mennonite Disaster Relief
• Coordinated, developed and led Marriage Enrichment retreats, Engagement retreats, Senior and Single adult retreats, Divorce recovery retreats, Family week retreats, Etc
